A daily essential face serum with a pore-reducing formula empowered by a cell-renewing complex of Hyaluronic Acid, Ceramides, Antioxidants and gentle exfoliator to minimize pores, smoothen rough skin and prevent acnes. INGREDIENTS
  1. 1. CERAMIDES Ceramides help create a barrier to prevent permeability. This locks moisture into your skin, which helps prevent dryness and irritation. It is also one of the anti-aging “powerhouses” responsible for supporting skin’s dynamic nature and helps to improve sensitive skin condition as it helps to strengthen the skin barrier to reduce sensitivity. Ceramides are naturally found in skin cells and will deplete thru time and exposure to harmful particles (UV light, dirt, dust etc).
  3. 2. LACTOBIONIC ACID (PHA) It functions to gently exfoliate and remove the outermost layer of dead skin cells on the skin. Its gentle nature means the shallow layers of the skin's surface are receiving exfoliation, making it a great option for exfoliation for those with sensitive skin The exfoliation helps with the softening and removal of stubborn particles/blackhead stuck in skin, and in turn, minimise pore appearance and enhance brightening of skin tone. With the increased cellular turnover rate, it also creates a more even skin tone, reducing signs of fine lines and wrinkles on skin

HYALURONIC ACID (SODIUM HYALURONATE) Hyaluronic Acid replaces the skin’s natural Hyaluronic Acid content, which diminishes with age and with exposure to various environmental factors that cause moisture loss. It has the ability to penetrate into deeper layers of the skin, and also attracts and binds water up to 1000 times its weight. This effect can plump the skin, thus reducing the look of wrinkles and making skin younger-looking.
  7. 4. PAEOINA SUFFRUTICOSA (PEONY) Has antioxidant benefits, helps to protect the skin from free radical damage induced by UV radiation. Contains Paeonol compound which helps to boost the skin’s natural defense and microcirculation.

Purging is normal when beginning a new skincare regimen, you may experience breakouts or irritation within the first few days of product use. Skin purging occurs when you start using a new product that increases the skin cell turnover rate. Products that actively speed up the process of the skin cell turnover cycle will help reveal healthier skin cells.

Can I use serum as makeup base?

We recommend our hydrating primer to be used as a make-up base.

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?

Our products are hypoallergenic. It is suited to all skin type, though there might be a different reaction on every skin. If you think that your skin is too sensitive, we suggest that you do the allergy patch test before you try it on you face.

Does your product treat Melasma?

Our products don't treat any medical conditions but some customers tried it and said that some of their skin conditions had improved after trying out our products. Can I use retinol together with your product?

You may use Dewha products together with Retinol. Retinol can be used before bedtime, thank you.

How do I update my order details if I entered them wrongly?

When you submit your order, a confirmation email with your order details will be sent to you. If you realised the details of your order are incorrect, you can contact us immediately via email or dm us via fb messenger (Do kindly note that if the order are already in the process of delivery, there may be additional charges incurred by our courier for the change)

What can I do if my order did not arrive?

Track your order from the email confirmation you received that includes the tracking number. Sometimes, couriers have issues on their side like scheduling, lost parcels, etc. and if that happens, we will do our best to assist you with such a situation.

What happens if I missed the delivery of the items?

If you missed the delivery the first time, our friendly courier team will arrange for a 2nd/3rd delivery at no additional charges.

How do I cancel my order if I change my mind?

If you changed your mind after you have confirmed an order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to check your order and make the cancellation as long as the order has not been shipped.
