  1. 1. SERAMIDA Ceramides membantu mewujudkan penghalang untuk menghalang kebolehtelapan. Ini mengunci kelembapan ke dalam kulit anda, yang membantu mengelakkan kekeringan dan kerengsaan. How do I update my order details if I entered them wrongly?

When you submit your order, a confirmation email with your order details will be sent to you. If you realised the details of your order are incorrect, you can contact us immediately via email or dm us via fb messenger (Do kindly note that if the order are already in the process of delivery, there may be additional charges incurred by our courier for the change)

What can I do if my order did not arrive?

Track your order from the email confirmation you received that includes the tracking number. Sometimes, couriers have issues on their side like scheduling, lost parcels, etc. and if that happens, we will do our best to assist you with such a situation.

What happens if I missed the delivery of the items?

If you missed the delivery the first time, our friendly courier team will arrange for a 2nd/3rd delivery at no additional charges.
