Purging is normal when beginning a new skincare regimen, you may experience breakouts or irritation within the first few days of product use. We recommend our hydrating primer to be used as a make-up base.

Does your product treat Melasma?

Our products don't treat any medical conditions but some customers tried it and said that some of their skin conditions had improved after trying out our products. Can I use retinol together with your product?

You, may use Dewha products together with Retinol. Retinol can be used before bedtime, thank you.

What can I do if my order did not arrive?
