Do you deliver internationally?

We deliver internationally. Do check out the rates when you checkout. We do offer free shipping for certain minimum spend.

Are your products APPROVED by the authorities?

Yes, we are FDA approved in Philippines, HSA registered in Singapore and BPOM approved in Indonesia.

Breakout after using our product

Purging is normal when beginning a new skincare regimen, you may experience breakouts or irritation within the first few days of product use. Skin purging occurs when you start using a new product that increases the skin cell turnover rate. Products that actively speed up the process of the skin cell turnover cycle will help reveal healthier skin cells.

Can I use serum as makeup base?

We recommend our hydrating primer to be used as a make-up base.

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?

Our products are hypoallergenic. It is suited to all skin type, though there might be a different reaction on every skin. If you think that your skin is too sensitive, we suggest that you do the allergy patch test before you try it on you face.

Can I use your products if I'm pregnant/ breast feeding now?

Yes, its hypo-allergenic, and non-toxic. Dewha products are made with premium and high quality ingredients. No worries cause despite its deep hydration it will only penetrate your skin and has no effect on your system.

Does your product treat Melasma?

Our products don't treat any medical conditions but some customers tried it and said that some of their skin conditions had improved after trying out our products. Please check out our FB Page for customer's feedback. We can't guarantee you any treatment but you can try out our product to see if it would work on you as well.

Can I use retinol together with your product?

You may use Dewha products together with Retinol. Retinol can be used before bedtime, thank you.

Can I use Dewha products with other skincare products?

Yes, you may use Dewha together with your regular skincare products.

Order

How do I update my order details if I entered them wrongly?

When you submit your order, a confirmation email with your order details will be sent to you. If you realised the details of your order are incorrect, you can contact us immediately via email or dm us via fb messenger (Do kindly note that if the order are already in the process of delivery, there may be additional charges incurred by our courier for the change)

What can I do if my order did not arrive?

Track your order from the email confirmation you received that includes the tracking number. Sometimes, couriers have issues on their side like scheduling, lost parcels, etc. and if that happens, we will do our best to assist you with such a situation.

What happens if I missed the delivery of the items?

If you missed the delivery the first time, our friendly courier team will arrange for a 2nd/3rd delivery at no additional charges.

How do I cancel my order if I change my mind?

If you changed your mind after you have confirmed an order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to check your order and make the cancellation as long as the order has not been shipped. We have an automated system that ships your order within 24 hours. We do not accept cancellation of orders after your order has been shipped because of the Standard Shipping reason.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Delivery time varies per your location, from the date of courrier pick-up:
- For Metro Manila, 1 - 3 days
- For GMA and Luzon, 4 - 5 days
- For Visayas, 5 - 7 days
- For Mindanao, 7 - 9 days

Please cater for extra time for your order to arrive during holiday/peak season due to carrier/fulfilment schedules.
We seek your understanding if there are any delays on our courier side and feel free to reach out to us if our courier did not meet your expectation and we will assist to the best of our ability.

How do I check the status of my order?

A tracking number together with your order details will be sent to you via email. You can then check the status of your order by entering the tracking number on the respective courier’s website. Contact us if you still need further assistance.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?

Please contact us via support@dewha.co for a return request with all the details and some photos as proof. You will then receive specific return instructions.

If you are approved for a return, please make sure all items are securely placed in its original packaging.

We strive to provide our customers with products of best quality only and we make sure all products that leave our warehouse are in the best possible condition before we ship them out.

What's the turnaround time for delivery when I return my order?

Once you return an item, please expect for the item replacement to be delivered accordingly. Turn around time varies per your location.

What is your exchange policy?

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace your items, please submit a return request.
